2. Component Replacement & Modernization

Example: Replacing a legacy mechanical mechanism with a new electromechanical linear actuator and servo to automate a heavy door on an X-ray machine.

3. Controls & HMI Upgrades

Many machines are still running on 1980s–1990s PLCs and operator panels. We modernize controls without pulling out the entire machine.

While we are not a FANUC integrator, we provide the electromechanical and sensor backbone that robots depend on.

  • Building end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) interfaces and fixtures
  • Designing and supplying robot transfer units (RTUs) and gantries

6. SCADA Readiness & Data Foundation

Plants that want a “mission control” dashboard or SCADA system need a solid hardware and data foundation. We help build that layer on legacy assets.

  • Identifying where sensors and feedback are needed on existing machines
  • Standardizing I/O and PLC connections for future SCADA integration
  • Creating the data points required for dashboards and analytics
